Information they need to manage their entity
New ideas to help make progress toward their goals
Tax strategies to help them defer tax liability and keep more of what they make
Compliance reporting and filings needed to keep their operations running seamlessly
A group of professionals who can help figure what to do when something complex comes up

How We Deliver Value

We learn how to help them close their GAP. The GAP is where they are today and where they want to be. Closing the GAP is not always easy, but it’s almost impossible without identifying what steps need to be in place and what obstacles might be in the way. We help clients re-examine existing goals and obstacles and then work in collaboration with them to narrow the GAP. These goals and obstacles become your critical success factors (CSFs).

How to Measure Progress

We combine our professional competence with a strong concern for our client’s successes. To help client’s measure progress we monitor a few scoreboards. The bottom line is of course a primary measurement point. Then we look at tax strategies and planning. Our final metric is identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs). The KPIs are the items you measure to hit the CSFs. A simple example might be a CSF might be to improve cash flow. The KPI might be not to have any receivables over 60 days old.
